Background:
In
a very competitive and somewhat hostile marketplace, Bartrams
a full service product website approached us to design a website
that encompassed the range of products and services offered,
build their presence online and increase brand loyalty

Approach :
At
first we undertook a detailed analysis into the key selling
products and the number of competing websites

then wrote the copy for the website focusing
on creating strong messages for the key selling products
and built a design around these key products

goal was to create a website that was not just search engine

to navigate through, stimulate

then followed this up by by establishing a weekly communication
strategy to the Bartram's customers from first time
visitors to long term loyal customers

strategy included assessing the most attractive product offers
for each audience, designing and writing a weekly newsletter,
encouraging more site visitors to become subscribers to the
newsletter, constructing a database of opt-in subscriber's
and coming up with fresh and innovative promotions to increase
conversion ratios
